"Have just returned from a lovely two weeks at this hotel. All of the staff made you feel really welcome and were very helpful. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and had clean towels every day. It is about a 30 minute walk into Hisaronu but there are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby and there is a good dolmus service to Hisaronu,Olu Deniz and Fethiye. The only thing which was disappointing was the evening meal. I would definetly return to this hotel though."

"hotel was very clean staff where very freindly would do anything for you .hotel was on a hill so not suitable if you have mobility issues.would stay at this hotel again."
Top Tip:
"jimmys restaurant in ovacik was fantastic great food fabulous staff just five minutes walk from hotel.must go to olu deniz beach 10 mins on dolmus is beautiful and not crowded."

"we enjoyed yel holiday resort very much.
the room was clean, the service good and friendly, the food was above expectations and there were healthy options too.
The hotel is located in quite and beautiful surroundings, and there are good trafic connections to many places with a turkish minibus (dolmus)

My only critics concern the free shuttle bus to the beach ( the narrow hot joseph beach where you are obliged by the owner to rent a sunbed with umbrella and there is smell and smoke from fast food)
But it is possible to pay for a minibus to go to better, free beaches.

Yel holiday resort also had excellent entertainment evenings with good turkish dance companies and an excellent belly dancer.
Fortunatly, Prices of simple drinks as big bottles of water for dinner are acceptable. The owner of the hotel diego says hello to his guests every evening and the managing waiter deniz especially is very nice."
Top Tip:
"Many people don't know that if you walk up the street from the hotel to the mountain, its a beautiful way throught the forest and part of the lycian way.
Its very pleasant for a short walk.

I would advice everyone to visit kabak valley by the local minibus
(It passes the main road in ovacik a few times a day)
The drive there is above the sea and breathtaking, and kabak valley is a beautiful nature reserve with a deserted beach which can be reached after walking down 20 minutes on a path.
I would also advice to go to the restaurant close to the hotel
If you go down to the main street turn to the right ( it is after the minimarket)
They have excellent lamm skewers and meatballs and original turkish food for good prices and are very nice people)
My last advice is that visitors usually don't know that there is a local minibus that includes stopps at tlos, yakapark and saklikent as well. It leaves from fethiye near the mosque and stopps at each places for up to 2 hours and costs 15 turkish lira for each person for the whole trip and we enjoyed it very much"

"We had an excellent time at this hotel The staff are all very friendly and the owner likes to know all his guests by name!! Food was great (no chips/ burgers in the evening though which was fine by us!!) It is in between fethiye and hisaronu which are both a short dolmus bus ride away. Cleaners came daily and were never knocking to be let in at the break of dawn! would definatley go back :-)"

"could'nt fault this hotel, the staff are friendly and help you to feel relaxed and involved. the rooms are clean and maid cleans every day. food very good and the views are fantastic especially at sunset. not far from hisaronu, short walk to the main road were dolmus or taxi are stopping for a fare to the village, there are plenty of shops, bars and restaraunts there for every taste. can't wait to go back!"
Top Tip:
"Han's english restaraunt and bar in hisaronu is a must for those wanting a taste of home, great english food, chips and egg are fab. plenty of wide screen tv's so you can watch the football and enjoy a good meal at the same time, you must try the sunday dinners."
