"lovely hotel clean and friendly efficient service spectacular views across the bay on hill though so not for those with immobility problems"

"Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Room though 'self-catering' facilities are very limited (two cooker rings, Fridge & Kettle. Great views of Pefkos but up a very steep hill from the town."

"Nikolas Restaurant just down the hill was excellent. Boat trip to Lindos was also very good."

"Ok the hotel is up the hill - way up the hill. You need to be keen to tackle it on a daily basis. We weren't so we hired a car buy pleanty people didn't and walked it all the time. We were with a toddler in a buggy so wasn't really do-able.

Other than the hill thing the apartments are stunning, immaculate and way above anything else I have seen on a Greek island. Clean, friendly and perfect."

"As others have said before - simple, clean and relatively spacious rooms - ours had a terrific view of the sea, hills and resort below. The swimming pool was a good size but equally functional and lacked sufficient sun-loungers leading to the inevitable early rush to reserve them! More sun-loungers would be good!! The management creaked a bit: nothing got fixed (change of rooms request; plug; etc) and the cleaners came in early and threw things out before we had returned to pack up (- and were then rather cross!) - but the stressed manageress was good enough to acknowledge all this AND gave us a small present as we left to make up for it - so 50;50. All in all, a nice resort, well placed to see Rhodes by car and to go to the nearby fantastic beaches."
Top Tip:
"Agathi Beach, 20 mins North of Pefkos - off the beaten track but well worth a visit if you can find it!"

"I thought that the hotel was excellent, be aware though that it is up a fairlt steep hill and if your not the greatest of walkers or will be pushing items, (i.e. push chiars) then it might be a bit of a struggle. Or do as we did and hire a car. Pefkos has 3 nice beaches, never too busy, and the town although not very big has plenty of nice bars and resturants and a really really good desgin your own t-shirt shop, really good price and really good quality. Another must do is hire your own boat! you can hire speed boats or just the leasire boats,either or fast enough! Pefkos (or Pefki, as some locals call it) is very close to Lindos which is a must see, little narrow streets with no traffic and a big accropolis (castle) on the top over looking the sea. Pefkos is on the main road that comes all the way down from Rhodes, through Falaraki (which is the 'clubby' part but still has some nice shops and a big waterpark on the far side). All in all a very good holiday, and a very good hotel,i would recomend getting a car and seing the whole island, cause there is so much to see, just on the side of the roads that the tour buses won't go to!!"
Top Tip:
"My top tip is hire a car, see Lindos, Rhodes town (old and new), and drive all the old roads, see everything, an amazing place!!!"

"Excellent accomodation,spotlessly clean,fantastic views,lovely pool and sunbathing area.
Downsides were very steep hill down to resort ok going down but back up not pleasant.
Pool bar closed at 4pm so refreshments not available until 7pm,many guests unhappy about this.
Language barrier also caused a few problems noone spoke English."
Top Tip:
"had a fantastic night at Filamon hotel bbq and kareoki situated right at the bottom of our hill.
Also had an excellent meal at Ambvrosia hotel,and Nicolas taverna although small portions at Nicolas."

"Ziakis are both self catering studios and a hotel and it is a good combination. Whilst being self sufficient you also have the ameneties of a hotel. Studios were basic but clean and comfortable, view was fantastic and staff were friendly. Only downside (if you do not have a hire car) would be the walk up and down the hill to the resort."
Top Tip:
"Nicholas Restaurant at the bottom of the hill is excellent if you are on foot. Roula's restaurant in Lardos is even better if you have a car. Glystra Beach (close to Lardos) is the best local beach but you need a car to get there."

"Hotel was clean, but there was no atmosphere, especially around the pool area. It was just a place to sleep. There was another hotal/bar very close by that was extremely noisy until the early hours."

"the studio's whilst been new are quite a distance from the main resort ,we are in our mid-fifties and found the walk pleasant on night , would'nt relish it in the peak season. a taxi from the main center of pefkos to the studio's was only 4 euros so no expensive. pefkos main beach and most of the beaches in rhodes are blue flag."

"in pefkos the artemis ,smile and enigma are all exellent eating places the best is the greek house but is a little expensive, in lardos village roulas restaurant is well worth a visit, a must to see is the eclipse bar with it's waterfall"

"THE HOTEL WAS NICE BUT THEY PLAYED MUSIC IN THE BAR FROM 9 TILL 5 AND THIS WAS ANNOYING. BIT OF A HIKE TO THE BEACH AND TOWN BUT OKAY IF YOUR QUITE FIT. OTHERWISE A NICE RETREAT."

"GREAT RESTAURANT WAS TERPSIS, BUT ONE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS WAS ROUMELY NO 4 RESTAURANT IN PEFKOS, WORST MEAL WE HAVE EVER HAD!"
