"The staff were very friendly and helpful, sorting out our aircon immediately when we couldnt work it. The food in the resturant was much better than anything else in the surrounding area and the pool was just great for the price we paid. The only down side was that the centre of San Antonio was a half an hour walk away. The buses were great and close by and taxi's were always available (the staff are happy to call one if you want one) so its not really a down side because we were away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the resort. The apartments are really clean and spacious and well equipt if you do want to eat in. Overall, well run, clean, friendly staff and amazing value for money!!!!"

"We booked these apartments because they were advertised as having a fully equiped kitchenette, as we couldn't afford an expensive holiday and we always like to prepare our own food when away, but when we arrived the kitchenette only consisted of two electric rings above a fridge (the top of the fridge door got hot when you had the front ring switched on) which were next to the sink without any work surface to prepare food on, a handful of cutlery and crockery (which all needed re-washing before use), a couple of pans (one which appeared to be a camping pan), there wasn't a microwave or toaster (these were provided after we went down to reception and asked for them but only once the receptionist had clarified three or four times that we definately wanted them) even though one is shown on the advertising material, or a kettle (we were advised that people in Ibiza don't use kettles) so we had to boil water in the pan which took ages or in the microwave once provided, there wasn't even a can opener. This all made self catering very difficult and we ended up spending a lot more money by eating out for most of our meals (we actually ran out of money twice). We selected a sea view but found out that as we were facing the club Millenium, it was very noisy, the club had the volume of the music ridiculously loud, even though they seemed to close the doors and windows at midnight it could still be heard from the apartments. The plus side is that the staff in the food/drinks bar attached to the apartments were lovely."
