“ Upon our arrival at the hotel it was quite busy, however we got checked in quickly. The staff member Kamo or similar was most helpful in providing directions to where we wanted to be. The hotel room was immaculate and of a good size, however a downside to that was we had no view (room 326) and the window just looked out on to a scruffy wall and was overlooked by an office block.
