The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were kept well clean and the fridge stocked daily. The pool was clean. Plenty of activities available and excursions easy to book from the hotel. Our poolside waitress was tireless and friendly, well worth tipping!
Collect 5 pesos coins when you can in change when you are away from the hotel because the laundry, pool table and air hockey table all take them but the hotel has no where to make change.
The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We found the service to be very good. I would recommend the hotel's travel agents for booking trips. They were very informative and gave us great deals with the flexibility we required with the dates.
The party hopper excursion was a great way to experience the night life for a fraction of the price it would cost you to do it separately. It was a great way to meet people as well.
Never saw the rep from Holiday beds. Card was put through our room door sometime after 11:15 saying they would be in reception at 11:15!
Great hotel with efficient, pleasant, hard working staff. Only drawback far too many self obsessed , ignorant , young Brits staying there.
Nothing close to hotel but buses running constantly and about £1 for 3 people.

I would have been stranded in this hotel if it was not for the assistance of the Thomas Cook rep! When I arrived at the hotel, the taxi drive took my transfer confirmation off me, saying it was his reciept. I therefore did not have the telephone number to confirm by taxi journey back to the airport. I had to ring my mother in England to read my email from yourselves for this number. When I tried to ring the taxi for my return journey I kept being cut off. I was really worried and asked the hotel staff if they could assist me. They refused saying it was not there responsibility. Luckily, the Thomas Cook rep was fantastic and arranged this all for me. As I was a lone traveller, I will not be traveling with you again. You could have left me stranded.
