Canyelles Playa Hotel Reviews

The hotel appeared to have been very recently refurbished and was tastefully modern and attractive. The bedroom and shower room were bright and comfortable and extremely clean, as was the rest of the hotel and surroundings outside.
We had a non-seaview room which turned out to be lovely overlooking the hills at the back with nice villas. It was also nice and quiet for sitting on the balcony with early morning sun, whereas the front seaview rooms with balcony were likely to be noisy with passing traffic etc.
Would like to return to the area and hotel again asap.

The hotel is on the seafront of a lovely sandy cove. There is a very nice quality beach restaurant (La Gua Gua) which is to be recommended.
Also, a lovely cliffside walk (about one hour) into the main resort of Roses with a very long promenade walk! You will need the public bus service return to Canyelles Platja from near the Tourist Information Office in Roses.

Good beach location - but avoid the standard rooms at the rear of the hotel
