Good hotel, very kind staff,
hotel was quiet for our stay and was a bit of shame it fills with local spanish residents over the weekend (it was bank holiday), which makes the pool area very noisy and difficult to get sun loungers on occasions.
san miguel restaurant is superb as is the chinese restaurant all you can eat, local pool was 6 Euro to go in all day worth it for a change of scenary.

Very nice and helpfull staff, the complex was clean and nice and relaxing.
The self catering rooms are very basic and do require up dating and modernising also the beds were slightly uncomfortable, the maid service was great.
Overall my wife and i really enjoyed the holiday.
200 and something steps to walk down to the centre at Puerto Rica so not for the elderly, although a Taxi will cost around 2.70 euros,we found walking down and Taxi ride back the best way.
All the restaurants are ok,for a nice lunch time meal use the hotel great value and very enjoyable.
Excellent accommodation and friendly staff.
Try Balcon Canarias for inexpensive local food.
Just back from a weeks Holiday at the casablanca from Feb 14th 09 , had a great time, weather was good, and the staff and hotel was great, staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located on the hill (as are almost all of them) with steps upto it from the main resort were all the pubs, restaurants & shops are, myself and my girlfriend found the climb up the steps easy enough, tho some people may not like it going up but down the way is fine, if so a taxi ride from the hotel to the shops etc is only 3 euro. This hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, had maid service everyday except a sunday! The views from the hotel were great as well, and the beach was literally a ten min walk. Fantastic holiday would defo stay here again if I return to puerto rico. Best holiday in years!!
Most restaurants are simlar, take your time lokking round tho as everyone is very keen to have you eat in theres. If clubbing I would avoid Fibber magees, Joker is not too bad and open till 7. Try McGowans bar for some great craic, ask for Dermot he owns the place tell him Paul & Chrissie sent you the honeymoon couple :- )

i was disappointed not have any representative on arrival and there was no welcome meeting that we were made aware of. the zed bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on for our stay of two weeks. perhaps a pull down double bed would of been better. We had to find out what was available by ourselves in the area.
Had a fantastic time - hotel was great. Clean tidy and very central.
We had a great time the hotel was excellent staff very friendly, close to centre and very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day and pool area kept very clean and tidy.
hotel clean and tidy staff very friendly and helpfull
Staff very helpful and when questions asked they knew the answers. Rooms cleaned & towels, bedding changed as per schedule.
further from beach & airport as stated
Close to all amenities,

Very basic accommodation (as are most of the other 8 we've stayed in in this resort). Very clean & reasonably well maintained however the rooms are small & there are only dress curtains so the rooms are very very light at night & in morning. Nice enough pool area although when busy there are not enough sunbeds. Pool is not warmed - Pool side bar had good choice, good food & good service.
Very poplular with Scandinavians & Germans - there is rarely evening entertainment in hotel.
Hotel reception/pool/bar/restaurant all good. Hotel recently refurbished - however some parts still old - i.e. lift. Would recommend. Staff very helpful.
Recommend San Migels restaurant in main shopping centre/Amadores beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casablanca.
Although the apartments are basic we found them very clean.
The staff were very helpful at all times.
The position of the complex was ideal for us as we only had one flight of steps down to the shops and restaurants.
We are booking again for another holiday there for February 2008
We highly recommend the Restaurant next to the Chinese Buffet (first floor) at the same end as the Casablana of the Precint
The food at the Casablanca was also very good.
Myself and my partner were very impressed with our accomodation. It was quiet and very relaxing. Excellent!
I can't remember what it was called but there was a fabulous Indian restaurant in the nearby shopping centre. We visited on more than one occasion.
