Hotel staff very friendly. Very spanish orientated.clean apartments. Food average. Entertainment limited although we did go first week of september, end of seasonish.
Very good, very helpful staff. We stayed an additional 8 nights, making 14 in all!
Playa d'Aro is truly Spanish and within easy walking distance for any fit people! Plenty of restaurants and bars. Beaches across the road from the aparthotel are superb.
Used CONDOM under the bed,(which was not we had to sort out due to nowone picking up our calls).
We had no pots in the room.
No remote for the TV.
No kettle to boil water for my daughters bottles.
No shelf in the over.
excellent value for money, good location nice walk to the beach, a walkable distance to the town, We arrived early to the hotel and they let us check in which was a real bonus. The staff were very heplful. Room basic but clean.
Would reccommend for few days on a budget.
take a walk around the beach walk called the Ronda, i think, it is beautiful and ends up in the town. Dont get a taxi without checking cost first they start at 5.60eurs before they even pull away.
We found these apartments very clean and well maintained. They are modern with adequate facilities, however a toaster and a kettle would have been useful! We booked a one bedroom apartment which was smaller than we were expecting. The bathroom is off the bedroom and all that separates the living area and the bedroom is a sliding door, so really it felt like a large studio apartment. There were three of us but I think it would be too cramped for four people, especially as the water boiler was very small, so long relaxing showers were a No No!
The ouside areas are very clean, especially the pool area and most apartments have a pool view. The evening entertainment takes place around the pool and finishes around 12o'clock every night. This was fine for us but I imagine if you wanted an early night, you might struggle!
It takes around 15 mins to walk into the resort centre and the nearest supermarket is 10 mins away. The one on-site is quite expensive with limited stock, so we avoided it if possible.
Overall we had a great time at these apartments and would definintely return in the future.
The small cove of Cala del Pi, which is almost opposite the apartments is lovely but get there early to get a good spot. The coastal walk is great with excellent views.
Pleasant hotel, clean with friendly staff. Only slight problem was the location. We were a 15 minute walk to the resort centre and if returning would prefer to be in the centre of the resort.
