GREAT PLACE FOR PEACE AND QUIET, CLEAN , BUT MY APARTMENT WAS NOT AS EQUIPPED AS THE REST OF MY PARTY....NO KETTLE, BUT NO MICROWAVE, NO AIR CON, ROOM 7 GROUND FLOOR OVERLOOKED POOL , HAD SUN LATE AFTERNOON WHICH MADE THE ROOM VERY VERY HOT! BUT WOUD BE BACK BUT WOULDNT STAY ROOM 7!

JUST RETURNED FROM THE CASA VIDA 3RD JULY! AND I MUST SAY I WAS IMPRESSED, APARTMENT CLEAN, CLEANED EVERY DAY, CLEAN TOWELS( EVEN THOUGH A LITTLE WORN MAYBE NEW ONES WOULD BE NICE!) CLEAN TEA TOWEL, ONLY DOWN FALL IN KITCHEN IS NO KETTLE, COFFEE MAKER BUT NO KETTLE ONLY TWO RINGS TO COOK ON, WOULD RECOMMEND ASTROS FOR A TAKEAWAY ...WE BOUGHT WINE GOT A TAKEAWAY AND SAT ROUND THE POOL...SUN IS ON POOL AREA 8.3O TILL 9 CLOCK AT NIGHT!! AS LONG AS YOU TAKE YOUR RUBBISH AWAY THE PEOPLE WHO PRIVATELY OWN DO NOT MIND, BUT A HAD A GOOD ICEY COLD FRIDGE AND A MICROWAVE WE WERE ON BOTTOM FLOOR OVER LOOKING A ROAD BUSHES ( PRIVATE) BUT LIITLE SUN, (ROOM 10) UP A FLOOR WOULD OF BEEN NICE,SMALL POOL BUT SONE DAYS THERE WAS JUST 5 PEOPLE BUT VERY VERY HOT AS NO WIND!SPECIAL PRICE ON DRINKS 11/1 OCLOCK 1.50 EURO A PINT! 90 FOR SOFT DRINK ( HALF PRICE) TV HAS ENGLISH CHANNELS, SMALL STEEP BANK BUT OK , SUPERMARKET LOCATED AT BOTTOM OF BANK THEN ACROSS THE ROAD TO THE BEACH, OVERALL A GREAT LOCATION VALUE FOR MONEY, WILL BE BACK BUT 2ND 3RD OR 4TH FLOOR AS THE VEIWS ARE GREAT.WOULD RECOMMEND CROCODILLOS STEAKS ARE GREAT BUT NO CROCODILE AVAILABLE!! ANOTHER RESTURANT YOU TURN LEFT NEAR BETTY BOOS HAS LOVELY WOULD SEATS TABLES BAKA!!!! ( cant rember the name but can not miss it) THEY DO LOVELY MEXICAN FOOD.RIDERS OVER AT THE IRISH SIDE DO THE BEST SANGRIA EVER ( NOT FULL OF KIDS) I HOPE THIS HELPS, SANTA PONSA IS A LOVELY PLACE TO VISIT.

we went to our hotel in majorca in Dec so the area was very quiet not a lot of bars etc opened but obviously in the season there are plenty of places to go . The cleaning service was very good and the Spanish lady who appeard to be in sole charge was very helpfull.
Overall a trouble free booking experience and we will be using Travel Republic again in the future

The appartments were clean with plenty of space. we were given clean towels everyday and the beds were changed. The only problem was that we were placed on the lower ground floor which was very dark due to the garden being right outside the balcony. We never had any sunlight at all and the only view was of the trees and bushes outside the appartment.
The transfer from the airport and back was fantastic. we paid for a taxi but were picked up in a people carrier which took us directly to our appartments.

I would like to say that the hotel staff were very friendly and on the one occasion we had to complain sorted it out with the help of your selves very quickly. A kettle in the apartment would have been nice.

the pool was too cold to spend a lot of time in it.
the apartment we had did not get direct sunlight at all,
tv did not work so we had all german channels, although the kids did like the simpsons in german
the bath was rusty.
on a positive note great location and excellent cleaning service with towel changes every day.

good to eat at crocodillos and portofino, very close by.
go karting great fun but expensive,
great trip to caves, porto cristo is lovely and worth seeing, as is palma, the cathedral is impressive and reasonably priced entrance, kids under 12 free. walking around palma is lovely

I was very happy with the apartments (Casa Vida) .Maid service nearly every day,they need a little attention around the apts but they where very clean .

The Casa Vida pool area was kept clean at all times. The beds and living area were cleaned daily to a high standard. It was very child friendly and situated near entertainment if wanted but if not you had a relaxed quiet area within Casa vida.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Recommended for families

Delightful restaurant called 'Kelly on the Corner' within Santa Ponsa. Friendly staff, nice food. Local beach clean and suitable for young children

Kitchen well equipped.
Maids every day, beds changed twice in one week

check out the Mason del Mar and the Sherazade restaurants - great food - great views over the bay

Apartment was very spacious and the view was excellent. Maids came every day with clean towels. Excellent service, Pity about the weather only two days of sun.

The Rovers Return had different acts every night.

There was maid service every day and when we reported any faults they were fixed immediately

Portofino restaurent was good value for money

check in was great.Staff very friendly.Apartment was cleaned every day and we were given clean towels every day.We would certainly go back if we go back to Santa Ponsa

Portifino restaurant was great and just round the corner.Merson del Ray was an excellent restaurant and made a great paella.It was a bit further away.We also visited a Chinese Japanese restaurant and had a great meal there.

Service was excellent, apartment kept clean with daily towel changes. Beds changed everyday.
A few comments on the down side:
No hairdryer
Not enough "comfortable" sun loungers.
Other nationalities staying in hotel part of Delfin are rude

Kelly's on the corner at the bottom of hill - excellent but just a tad pricey.
Wok Wok - chinese restaurant - not too far to walk
Santa Ponsa beach extremely clean and excellent for kids - sun beds are a little expensive if you are staying for 2 weeks (9 euros a day).
Down side:
Flying with Monarch - 12 hour delay no back up planes. If we come back to Majorca another airline will definately be considered.

Apartments were basic but clean they also required some decorating but it was a good base to stay as you were near the beach, bars and restaurants

Great beach was on the doorstep. We were in santa ponsa for 1 week and ate in a different restaurant every night the choice was great something for everyone try Fat Sams,Oeste , and 2 restaurant overlooking the beach

Excellent appartments only 200 yds from the beach. They are on the quiter side of santa ponsa so are ideal for familes although there are still plenty of restaurants and bars. First time in Majorca looking forward to going back next year

Firstly the flights and apartment were excellent and I will definitely use Travel Republic again - my friends thought it was infinitely better, and far more reasonable, than the package holiday we booked last year through Thomsons to Majorca - which was quite frankly appaulling value for money.

Returning to the Delfin Casa Vida Apartments - they were clean, comfortable, central and we would definitely recommend them and go back there. Not a place for rowdies, but an excellent place to chill round the spotlessly clean pool; also you can use the Delfin hotels immediately next to the Apartments with plenty of live entertainment and nice bars etc. There were plenty of bars and restaurants round about to cater for all budgets and tastes.

Reception staff were very helpful and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Crocodillos is brilliant for vegetarians and just round the corner. Also taxis to Palma are very reasonable, and the bus service to Palma regular and reliable.

The only thing that was annoying was that I actually emailed the head office to see if they had air conditioning and they said '' YES'' , it had just been put in and wen we got there , there was NO air conditioning so they had lied. There was one fan and I asked at the reception for another one and I am still waiting !!!!!

Good, basic, very clean accommodation. Maid service every day, clean towels every day. Hotel 5 mins from beach, really peaceful.
