All Freedom Flights Ltd bookings are ATOL protected which means you can claim a refund for your flights from the Civil Aviation Authority. Claim forms can be downloaded from Freedom Flights Claim Form. Completed claim forms should be returned to us as follows
Travel Republic Ltd, Clarendon House, 147 London Rd, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 6NH
Once your claim has been received we will check it, complete our section and forward this to the Civil Aviation Authority within 48 hours. You will receive an email to confirm this. If there is a query with any part of your claim, we will contact you .
Customers awaiting payments following submission of an ATOL claim form are advised to be patient - we understand the Civil Aviation Authority is processing several thousand claims.
Please note Travel Republic has no additional information on when individual claims will be settled.
