Change Control Executive (Change Control)
Number of Roles: TBC, 40hrs per week

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

  • Ensure that flight and hotel change notifications are processed, reviewed and actioned effectively.
  • Develop close contact with our travel providers to leverage best possible outcome for our customers and the company
  • Ensure communication to other customer service departments is completed clearly.
  • Contacting customers directly to advise them of booking amendments and offering suitable options / alternatives to retain custom an prevent cancellations
  • Monitor trends in supplier performance and IT support in order to identify areas for improvement
  • Direct telephone contact with customers

The role will require flexibility to work outside of a 9-5 pattern and will include weekends to support the business needs. Working week will be scheduled on a roster basis.

Direct Contracts Executive (Testing)
Number of Roles: 2, 40hrs per week

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

  • Create Test data using Spreadsheets.
  • Test direct contracts to ensure accuracy of data entered.
  • Discuss any discrepancies with the relevant Contract Manager to avoid misinterpretations.
  • Liaise with loading department so they are aware of errors that need correcting.
  • Approve contracts for sale once you are confident all information is correct.
  • Liaise with Direct Contracts Operations Manager and IT department regarding any system errors/limitations that prevent the loading of contracts and follow through to resolution
  • Ensure all required paperwork is received.

Direct Contracts Executive (Loading)
Number of Roles: 1, 40hrs per week

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

  • Data entry of room rate data and room allocations from direct Hotel Contracts into Derwent operating system.
  • Discuss any discrepancies on the Hotel Contracts with the relevant Contract Manager to avoid misinterpretations.
  • Test direct contracts to ensure accuracy of data entered.
  • Liaise with Direct Contracts Operations Manager and Contract Manager regarding any system errors/limitations that prevent the loading of contracts and follow through to resolution.
  • Update/Amend contracts with Special Offers received from hotels.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is received and filed accordingly.
  • Update stop/free sales
  • Monitor room allocations and request top ups
  • Investigate pricing issues and invoice queries

£7.40 - £8.50 per hour

Full time / part time Reservations Agents
£7.50 - £9.50 per hour + commission

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-tech web based travel company located in Kingston upon Thames. We are looking for enthusiastic people to work in our customer service and sales teams from March 2010.

Successful applicants will have experience working within the travel industry, basic IT and keyboard skills, a confident telephone manner and a dedication to delivering only the highest standards of customer service. A flexible attitude is required as some weekend and evening work is likely.
