Located in the bust Al Khuwair district and so convenient to access all parts of the city including the Sultan Qabood Mosque, Qurum Beach and all major roads leading to the Airport (about 15 minutes drive) and old Muscat. Spacious living area and bedrooms. All have modern fixtures, fittings and amenities. All benefit from fantastic vistas either overlooking the Mountains or the City. Modern 5 storey building.
