This latest addition to the Martin's hotel family is a world first. The 19th century Franciscan church has metamorphosed into a stupendous hotel providing a new universe of hotel hospitality which perpetuates the building's prime vocation in an ultra-modern fashion and with the greatest respect for the integrity of the location. It is a substantial project, a feat of technology and taste, a heritage saved and reinvented, a completely new experience. The air-conditioned establishment offers 79 guest rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. A bar, breakfast room, conference facilities and a car park are also provided. Guests may make use of the Internet access, room service and a laundry service, all for a fee.

The hotel comprises a total of 43 rooms and amongst the facilities count a foyer with a safe and cloakroom. On the first floor of the hotel is a conference room with natural lighting and space for up to 12 persons; the cosy breakfast room can be enjoyed in the afternoon or used as a meeting room. All necessary equipment such as flipcharts, OHPs and screens may be supplied for all rooms on request. Lunch may be provided by the hotel kitchen or a catering team. The breakfast room and conference room are ideal for business breakfasts, staff meetings and small management rendezvous. Further facilities within the hotel include a bar, a coffee and tea service, a laundry service, room service, a shoe-shine service and car parking.
