This welcoming and fully air-conditioned hotel was opened in 2004 and comprises a total of 38 rooms spread over 4 floors (and two buildings) of which 5 are suites. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe and a currency exchange facility. Dining options include a caf, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants and a separate non-smoking area. A bicycle hire service is also on offer and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. Room service and medical assistance round off the facilities on offer.

Located 1,5 km away from the public beach in the area between the famous resort Sunny Beach and St. Vlass. The resort complex consists of three separate buildings and include 24h reception, elevator, bar/ restaurant, swimming pool for adult and kids, safety box for extra fee and parking. All the apartments are with bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, balcony, air conditioning and sat-TV. -Change of towels and linen 2 times per week. Note: Studios have only a Sofa bed (an extra bed will be provided if needed). No standard beds in the room. *Apartments with 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th person. *Apartments with 2 bedrooms: Sofa Bed for the 5th/6th person.

The resort estate slopes down to the sea and has direct access to the water. Facing south-southwest it overlooks the picturesque bay of Nessebar. The complex comprises 108 apartments, some of them in a maisonette style, situated in 13 buildings. The apartments are arranged in three parallel rows, each apartment having open views to the sea thanks to the slope of the land. The roof terraces illustrate the luxury the complex offers, each one boasting a barbecue and Jacuzzi. The villa settlement has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, playground, park alleys and a guarded parking lot. Room and laundry services are available.
