“ Problems with a non flushing toilet and leaking aircon unit were quickly dealt with;requests for replacement breakfast tea and bottled water were not. Our request for a view was met and we had a wonderful view from the 39th floor.

“ Breakfast buffet excellent, epsecially the Omlette Station! Jacuzzi/Whirlpool bath in room was very good. Parking superbly organised and no fuss at all. Staff excellent, very helpful and courteous.

“ Only ever three out of four elevators were working, and at one time down to two, and you were waiting ages!! And being on 19th floor, far to far to go up by stairs. On the whole had a good stay and would have no hesitation in recommending to potential customers.
