“ Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would make 2 comments. The towels in the bathrooms were too small - not bath size and even smaller in the hot tub/sauna area - not even large enough too wrap around! Rooms on the too warm side with little ventilation so a bit stuffy.

“ THIS IS A SKIERS HOTEL DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. THIS IS A HOTEL WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY STAYED AT ON SIX OCASIONS SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE GONE BACK IF IT WAS NOT OK.

“ The communal areas of the hotel and more importantly our bedroom were cold, apparently there is a problem with the heating system. The staff were very helpful and provided an electric heater in our room which helped greatly.

“ On the outskirts of Banff but centre of town a 10 min walk. Resteraunt on site excellent very friendly staff. Lovely rooms and all very good facilities. Great.
