“ food was very good ,hotel was a bit dated but very clean ,staff were excellent ..in all a very good week ...but will say showers were terrible ....no water pressure

“ This Hotel had everything we needed, that we only left the hotel on a few occasions in the two weeks we were there on holiday. it was absolutely fantastic, couldnt fault it, well done everyone at the Cavo Maris Beach Hotel.

This low-rise village style complex is centrally located in the Pernera area between Paralimni and Protaras with sandy beaches within a 5 minute walk. A good selection of bars and restaurants can also be found nearby. Facilities include a restaurant, cocktail bar/snack bar, a pool-side bar, a freshwater swimming pool, playground, gym, sauna, volleyball and table tennis. In peak season there is entertainment such as live music and water-polo. All of the comfortable studios and apartments feature direct dial telephone, balcony or terrace and air conditioning/heating (payable locally).
“ My husaband and myself have just returned from a weeks stay at Windmills apartments. Rooms were basic but clean. Bedding and towels changed twice during weeks stay. We were in block 4 which was at back of complex.

“ Aprehensive on arrival but this small hotel apartment exceeded our expectations. Lovely clean large yet basic rooms - we only have breakfast and drinks there as the cypriot food in Pernera and Protaras is delightful so the basic kitchenette was adequate.

“ I hate to say it but this really was not a very nice hotel, however we did not have one of the refurbished rooms. The staff on reception are possibly the most unhelpful I have ever met. I walked into breakfast the first day and walked out, there were cigarette butts and ash on the floor and no one was cleaning it up.

Situated on the famous Fig Tree Bay in a beautiful inlet cove, Capo Bay is exceptionally located in the heart of Protaras. Modern features and amenities combined with traditional excellence in service and holiday accommodation for relaxing holidays. This beach hotel in Protaras emphasises an aura of tranquillity featuring beautiful gardens with running waters and fish ponds leading down to the waterfront and the award winning blue flag Fig Tree Bay. Although officially a 4 star, we firmly believe that due to the location, facilities and room renovations this hotel deserves our 5 sun rating.
“ Hotel was excellent, clean and a relaxing environment. Staff were exteremley friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Food very nice and plenty to choose from, all options. Pool clean and just right for children.
