“ Some off the staff could have been more friendly. The room was very small for a double & not much room for our luggage or to open the cases, which proved difficult. However, the location was very good and also the breakfast menu gave plenty of choice.

“ Lovely hotel, well situated, close to many places of interest. Very 'european' in style and decor. Staff were excellent, very helpful, breakfast selection was very good. I am in the travel trade here in Scotland, and I have some experiance of good standards, 'Opera' serves a very high standard, giving excellent value re price and quality.

“ Best hotel we've stayed in. We arrived early at 9:00. Even though the check-in time was 14:00 we were given a lovely room on the 24th floor. Breakfast was equally impressive the next morning. High recommended hotel!

“ Overall I could not really fault the place at all. Very nice staff, all new facilities and a very good central location within easy walking distance to the metro, sites, bars etc. The room was basic but faultless for someone who would rather be out exploring the area (no tv). The bar is also cheap (for Denmark) and has a nice atmosphere. Would defiantly go back to stay when in Copenhagen!

“ This hotel is fantastic, right near the Metro and bus stops and just 10 mins to the city centre, the breakfast was amazing. The spa was great. Lovely rooms with brilliant matresses. One of the best hotels yet.
