Hotel de la Vallée (CITOTEL) welcomes you right in the middle of Lourdes. Closed GARAGE (car, motor bikes). At walking distance from the hotel, you get easily to the Shrine, as well as to the various museums of the city, and to the very near market place where you can purchase local products. By car or excursion bus you can also discover the surroundings with its prestigious natural sites : just admiring them or to hike in the mountains.
“ I normally book 4star-this was a a very acceptable alternative-very clean Excellent service and attention and nothing was too much trouble. Food was really great value and they bothered to get it right because the hotel is small you are noticed as a guest-so although a limited menu it was very well catered.

“ Exceptional....exceedingly exceptional... value for money. The rooms were cosy(it was snowing for part of our stay) and absolutely spotless.The bathrooms looked brand new. There were extra pillows and blankets etc. The staff were very helpful and kind. We were made to feel very welcome and will certainly return next year.

On the banks of the river Gave, this is a famous hotel in the city and has a Japanese garden and terraces. The premises are air-conditioned and guests can enjoy the convenience of 24-hour reception and check-out services. There are 195 guest rooms in total and facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange and a cloakroom. The city hotel has a nice bar with a warm atmosphere, a large lobby, a TV lounge, a restaurant overlooking the river with excellent cuisine and a souvenir shop which offers discounts to hotel clients. There is also a private garage, laundry service, wireless Internet access in all parts of the hotel and a special entrance with a lift for disabled people.
“ Good clean and comfortable hotel, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. Located within about 5 mins walk of grotto without any hills to climb (but further than many other hotels - at the end of the 'strip', if I may use such a phrase in relation to Lourdes).
