LOCATION BELLOS BEACH HOTEL is 3 kilometres south of the attractive village of Benitses, with a large selection of tavernas clustered round the fishing harbour and yacht marina. The Hotel Avra is situated in the village of Benitses in the south part of the Island of Corfu just off the west coast of mainland Greece. The original Avra was opened in the 40's by the local Spinoulas family and featured in the book around the world with 20 dollars! Now it has been taken over and partly re-furbished by the Monro family Andy Sarah-Jane and Jamie. We are hoping to keep up the family tradition and warm welcome! The Hotel Avra currently has a one star rating and 16 rooms including twins and doubles. It is ideally situated being only just over the road from the local beach and close to the main centre of Benitses where you will find tavernas bars supermarkets local bus stops the Corfu shell museum Historic buildings marina and play-ground. The hotel has a small car park but spaces are limited so there is public parking within 150 and 250 metres. The hotel does not have a private swimming pool but there is the well-maintained Barracuda pool only 2 minutes walk away. There is a 2-euro entry charge
“ Sarah Jane and family make you feel as though your part of the family so you feel at home from the word go. She also told us where the best places of interest were and advised on cheapest tour operators. rooms were always clean and Breakfast was excellent both with choice and quality. Would certainly stay again and reccommend to all my friends.

Renovated in 2009, this family-friendly resort hotel comprises a total of 33 rooms including 2 apartments and 1 studio. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a TV lounge and a children's playground. There is a cafe, a bar and a breakfast/dining room. Guests can also take advantage of the WLAN Internet access and room service and parking is available for those arriving by car. It is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises.
“ Impressive reception area . The room was clean and comfortable but small. Our room, which we expected to be a garden room, looked directly onto the next block so the balcony was overlooked. Nice pool and good breakfast. Lengthy walk along a busy road to the nearest town with swimming beach.

The hotel consists of a lobby with a reception area, a cafe, a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. 24-hour reception and check-out services are available. In addition, free Internet access and a hotel safe are offered. There are 44 rooms at this beach hotel. The establishment is air-conditioned and there is lift access to the upper floors. Those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the car park.
“ The only problem with this Hotel are the tourists we were the only British in the Hotel rest were Russsians and they have attitude (they are not polite and don't let on) The food there was great and the staff were lovely
