The apartments are situated in Moraitika area which is about 20 km south of Corfu town. The sandy beach of Moraitika is just 100 metres away offering plenty of choices for bars, local restaurants and shops. The ancient ruins of Roman baths are 5 minutes on foot. The apartments are spacious, bright and quite with simple and modern style. They have balconies overlooking a phoenix garden. Each one features a kitchenette, a mini fridge, tea coffee facilities and individual air conditioner with extra charge.
“ This was great for my needs. Had kitchenette and two beds plus sofa bed. Was single occupant so great space. Everything nice and clean. Pretty handy for everything i needed supermarket taverna quad bike hire etc. Made the start of my search for a long term rental easy.

“ The accommodation was a self-catering apartment overlooking the garden. It is very clean with a basic kitchen (2 rings and a larder fridge unit) and use of a small kettle.

The hotel consists of a main building and several one and two-storey bungalow units with a total of 150 rooms. Mountain bikes are available for hire and there are indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds. A restaurant and conference facilities are also provided.
“ The hotel is situated in a beautiful area. All the staff were very friendly, except the cleanars. The cleaning service was poor quality. The food was excellent.

Located only 200 metres from the beach in Moraitika the Sea Bird offers a lovely base to enjoy the hospitality of Corfu. This family run hotel is decorated in warm mediterranean colours and offers a welcoming bar and taverna serving local spacialities. If the beach is not for you then you can recharge your batteries relaxing in a lounger by the pool during the day. In the evening there are plenty of samll bars and restaurants in the local area to wine and dine. Each of the 71 rooms have air-conditioning (payable locally), satellite television, balconies and direct dial telephones.
“ we have been hoilidaying in corfu for over 20 years,the seabird is by far the best, nothing was too much trouble,rooms clean and well maintained,enjoyed it so much we have booked again for september.
