Liapades village is one of the nicest traditional villages of Corfu Island situated in the west coast approx. 18 Km from Corfu town. There are restaurantstavernas super-markets cafees and shops which will cover all the needs for the independed traveler. Not far away from Liapades there are many places to visit including the well-known Paleokastritsa. Highlight of Liapades is the idyllic beach with the crystal blue waters sourrounded by green hillsides. There are many activities including water sports motor boats canoes and diving or you can either opt for relaxation (there are beds and umbrellas for hire. Enjoy the sun, sea and sand by booking the Apollon Hotel in Corfu for a relaxing holiday for all. The extremely popular Apollon Hotel, Corfu, is a small establishment situated perfectly opposite the main beach, just 40 metres from the water edge. The hotel is split between two buildings, the main hotel where all the amenities are located and the 2* annexe which is located adjacent to the hotel and is a great place to stay for a quieter idyllic holiday with great views. Local Tips: The Apollon Hotel is located on the main beach of Agios Spiridon and 26 km from Corfu Airport. The Maria Studios are framed by a stunning mountain backdrop, close to the centre of the vibrant town of Paleokastritsaon the island paradise of Corfu. Located just a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the main beach and local marina, this is a great family run hotel for couples and families with comfortable studios featuring nicely equipped kitchenettes and providing a comfortable base from which to enjoy this lively area. Corfu Airport is 22 km from the studios. Local Tips: Take a walk up the old donkey trail to the old village of Lakones which is perched high above Paleokastritsa. Walking to the monastery of Paleokastritsais also a delightful excursion.
“ the camp bed that we were given to sleep our 4 year old in was rusty,filthy and the mattress was soiled. sheets were not changed the whole holiday and to say the accommodation was basic and cramped would be an understatement! most defiantly would not return.

“ A beautiful hotel where the staff are eager to make your stay comfortable. Breath taking views of Corfu and the sea. Very couple friendly but not family friendly. No entertainment. Paleokastritsa is hilly with many steps to climb therefore the resort is unsuitable for older people unless they are very fit and healthy.

“ fantastic little apt right on a nice quiet beach with great views overlooking the port and marina. very clean, modern and no noisy neighbours. very close to a couple of good trad greek restuarants, 5 mins from main resort centre, supermarket, and a handful of other small coves and beaches.

Situated in pretty gardens scattered with verdant trees and shrubs, these pleasant studios offer comfortable accommodation perfect for families and couples seeking a welcoming base on the outskirts of scenic Paleokastritsa. On-site you'll have use of a well-maintained pool area where a selection of drinks can be purchased, whilst just minutes from the property you'll find a handful of shops and tavernas to suit every budget. When you feel in the mood for exploring, the picturesque harbour area can be found within approximately half an hour's walk.
“ Very neat, clean and spacious studio with modern finishes offering good privacy and a nice pool area. Quite basic though and does not have a hairdryer or clothes drying rack. Shower did not have a door or curtain, so the bathroom floor tends to get really wet. No mobile phone network coverage in the studio. Otherwise, a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
