The beautiful, newly built Sunhine Studios are set in a well kept garden, and located only a 5 minute walk to the resort center, the beautiful sandy beach and ideally located for the bus stops to Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion. This friendly, quiet property makes an ideal choice for families and couples.

Latania Apartments has a great setting on the island of Crete, only 30 metres from a lovely 4km sandy beach situated in a cove at the village of Stalis, also known as Stalida. Latania Apartments and Studios are spread across various low-rise buildings connected by well-lit walkways winding through palm trees and colourful shrubs and flowers. Small groups and families will appreciate the affordable self-catering facilities and can enjoy the outdoor pool, sun terrace and social bars, and small area with games and video arcade. Latania Apartments offer good value for money for a sun, sea and fun holiday, with easy access to local shops, restaurants and taverns, and livelier towns nearby.

“ soon as i arrived i was greeted with a warm welcome.the owner remembered me from earlier in the year.the room was perfect and even a couple of cold drinks waited for me in the fridge.

Heraklion Airport (HER) is 23 km from the hotel. The official rating of this hotel is 3*. “ Clean, comfortable and well run. We arrived at 1.00am and the night manager had a meal ready for us. Close to the road but not noisy. Easy and cheap to catch the bus to other areas. Food very good with efficient and pleasant staff. English spoken, Nightly entertainment at hotel. Not very impressed with Malia.

“ Friendly staff/ owners, clean apartments, amazing location. Linen and towels changed 3 times in one week. Basic but fully equiped in terms of kitchen and bathroom. If its just a base your after these apartments are perfect for self catering or even bed and breakfast!

“ We stayed in the apartments, as all the reviews said, they are basic but clean and the maid service was very good, had the towels changed three times and the bed sheets twice in the week we were there, better than some good hotels we stayed in.

“ Stayed here late October 2011 and can't fault the hotel. We were upgraded, without asking!, on arrival to a room with a pool, and even though the water was so cold we only used it once it was still a lovely room in a great location.
