Apartment complex, surrounded by 12.000 sq.m of gardens, situated away from the bustling town of Kos. Located on the west side of the Kos Town, 20 minutes from Kos Airport, a short walk from the nearest bars and restaurants, and the town centre and fishing harbour, and 200 m to the closest mini market. The complex has a reception with safe deposit boxes for rent, swimming pool, children’s pool, bar and a range of sports facilities such as mini football court, volley court, table tennis etc. All apartments are equipped with A/C (local charge), kitchenette, bath/shower and terrace.
“ The pool area and gardens are very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The actual apartments are small, dated and basic but they are clean and considering the price we paid represented good value for money.

“ hotel and surroundings excellent if any thing to complain about it would be not much lighting in the bar area h otel in a good position 5mins from beach 10 mins walk from kos town although apart from one night out of 2 weeks there was no entertainment apart from decent music in the back ground it was nice to chat to other people pleasant staff and good food alcohol a bit limited

The apartment complex is a family-run and owned business with high standards of safety and regular maintenance checks. The apartments comprise a complex of 5 buildings, 42 self-catering fully furnished rooms, which are surrounded by beautiful gardens. Guests are welcomed in the lobby which offers a 24-hour check-out service and a hotel safe. Currency exchange facilities are provided, and there is a children's playground for younger guests. Food is served in the breakfast and dining rooms and Internet access is also provided at this establishment.

“ Was pleasently surprised with the hotel. I was in quiet surroundings, not far from the beach & Kos town. All staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were kept very clean. Only tip would be to take your own hairdryer as the one we had in our bathroom wasn't that great.

Apellis is a family hotel just 2.5 km outside of Kos Town, in the area of Lambi. A beautiful beach lies across it. Kos town is very close with its yachting port, restaurant and bars. It is an excellent choice for those who are seeking relaxing holidays. The airport of Kos is 10 km away.
“ A very clean hotel, good relaxing place to stay. Hassle free from an overcrowded pool area. Breakfast maybe a little under average but plenty of supermarkets and bakery to get fresh delights for breakfast.
