Excellent for young families - compact, good pools, AC that works, good entertainment for younger kids in the evenings and during the day. The "Animation team" were excellent and my kids loved them. Food was reasonably good given it's half board. 5 mins walk from the beach, and next to supermarket and bus stop to go to most good places on the Island. Really good value.

The hotel was always clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. Although the decor was a little dated (especially in the bathroom in our room), it was good quality. The pool was good, and more than deep enough to dive (with a separate children's section). The hotel was mainly aimed towards German tourists (we were the only brits), along with other European residents. There was no entertainment to speak of, although a night spent at the hotel bar with Nikolas more than makes up for that! The resort itself is up and coming and there's not a huge amount to do - however, the great little pool snack bar meant we could just relax and take in the sun almost undisturbed.
A 30 minute journey to Lindos (south) is a must and there are several excellent restaurants here (MedEast is just lovely). The views are great and at night the Acropolis dominates the skyline and makes for a truly romantic evening.

We enjoyed our stay, the guests are mainly German, and the majority were young families for whom there were plenty of activities and 3 pools.The beach was close by and is shingle and pebble very well equipped with WC and showers with a 7 euro charge for sunbeds and brollies.The food on offer was buffet style and of a consistantly good standard children were well catered for and the hotel chain advertises as 'family freindly' which was certainly the case.It was a good 10 minute walk to the villiage where there were a nice selection of bars, shops and restaurants.The resort is extreemly well managed and spotlessly clean. We would recommend to families with young children, although the language for entertainment is German so other nationalities might find this an issue.
A little road train runs several times during the evenings from outside of the hotel to the villiage at a cost of 3 euros, handy for those who feel the walk is too much.
