The Bluebay Grand Esmeralda is a luxurious hotel located in one of the most supreme destinations, the Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya. It is a superb hotel, offering great amenities which may satisfy all guests. The hotel features an amazing spa centre with many treatments and alternative therapies, such as hydro reflexology. The guests may relax by the pool, have dinner at the great restaurants or exercise their favorite water sport. There is also a kids club onsite, making the hotel a great choice for families with children. All rooms are very tastefully decorated and have great services as well. The distance to the airport of Cancun is approximately 40 km.

“ Service was excellent - drinks very good and room service included. Food was OK, the a la carte restuarants were disappointing. Pool at top of resort with swim up bar was beautiful, clean and quiet, the pool at the other end looked slightly dirty and was very busy, lots of entertainment going on there.
