The hotel was built in 1996 and consists of 317 rooms spread over 6 floors, of which 35 are single rooms, 200 are double rooms and 5 are suites. Various facilities are available to guests including a hairdresser, a cosy bar, a pub and an excellent air-conditioned e la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area.

Within20MinutesWalk: Central Station is easily accessed by the free ferry or shuttle bus service from where all the attractions of the city are reachable by foot or by tram. Since the beginning of 2008 the hotel has been moored in a trendy dockside area immediately to the North of Central Station, which has a bohemian feel with workshops, artists' studios and hip cafes. A great plus point is the fact that they also offer a free ferry connection and shuttle bus service to Central Station. The cabins are compact and so we have chosen to feature the hotel as a 2 star superior (officially rated 3 star) but all have en-suite facilities and are well maintained. The hotel is part of a group of 19 buildings dating back to the 17th century and a 15th century chapel. It offers its guests a very impressive entrance hall with high ceilings and marble pillars.

The original building was built in the seventeenth century and was completely renovated. Now, the hotel consists of a total of 111 rooms. There is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift, a lobby bar, a conference room and a bicycle storage facility. The restaurant is non-smoking like the whole hotel. Room service and laundry service are also available.
