“ This was a short break in early May. Decided on B&B only which was fine as breakfast was buffet style with the usual mixture of cooked and continental. The Hotel room was small but adequate. It was in the original part of the Hotel with a very small balcony.

The Vila Gale Nautico is located only a few metres away from the beach of Armacao de Pera and 1 km from the town centre. All the 233 bedrooms are spacious, well equipped and decorated with a nautical theme. There is also a restaurant and bar area providing an excellent range of cuisine. Leisure facilities include both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and a gym.
“ We have stayed in this hotel once before 6 years ago and it was still as clean and friendly as last time. The public areas and the rooms are all well kept and look new.Maid service was great and we had bedding changed twice in the week we were there and fresh towels every day.

“ Very happy after third stay here. Complex is clean and tidy and staff are helpful. Courtesy bus is necessary to access Armacao de Pera and therefore a bonus. As it is a quiet self catering complex, it is probably not suitable for 18-30 year olds looking for action!

“ just come back from ten days at armacao do pera at quintinha village. all was fantastic, house was very well appointed, cleaned often with new towels and bedding,you can manage without a car but we were glad we had hired one as were able to travel around more.

This charming complex of semi detached apartments is located in Porches, 3 km away from Armacao da Pera and 15 minutes ride to Portimao. The 8 hectares resort has a privileged location in top of a cliff with direct access to the beach which is rather private area due to the only entrance being through the complex. Amazing views over the Atlantic and overlooking the coast. All the apartments are medium in size with fire place or heaters for the winter. The apartments has coffee making facilities, fully equipped kitchen and private bathrooms. Most of the apartments have a balcony or terrace. Traditional style building. Two floor semi detached or undetached apartments. Facilities include: 3 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, a restaurant, a snack bar, bar, supermarket and playground. Recommended. “ This resort is perfect for a quiet get away. It is a short taxi ride into Armacao where there is lots going on in the streets and a range of restaurants and cafes. It is also near to the waterpark "Aqualand". The resort also has its own private beach and the apartments are all very nice. This is our third time here now and have had three very good size villas.

Constructed and inaugurated in 1990, the apartments Algar have a family ambient with clean and careful atmosphere. All apartments have individual beds and bath rooms completly made of marble. On the ground floor area there is a reception (24h), a welcoming bar and a large social hall area with air conditioned. On the reception you can find available babysitting by appointment, safe rental, Post/Postcards and any secretarial work which you may need.
