In the facilities you can find restaurants, private parking, a playground for children, a gym and a golf school. It has two outdoor pools with a sun terrace to enjoy the sun in Alicante. The apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, living- room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The Plantio Golf Resort offers a 24 hour reception service, a daily cleaning and the possibility of a shuttle service to go to the airport and to the city center.
“ This is the best apartment that we have stayed in as far as equipment and space are concerned, even though we did have to request one or two kitchen items, most notably a can opener! No worries - the housekeeping staff were first class and always ready to oblige.

“ The hotel has good facilities, very close proximity to beach front and friendly staff. Our 5 night stay was enjoyable and the breakfast buffet was amazing with so much choice and the sea view from the restraunt was extraordinary. We would definitely stay there again.

“ Taxi from alicante airport cost 22 euros. Tram station is 40 metres away ( called Marq station). 2 stops to central alicante station and costs 1.40 euro one way. A small shopping complex is about 200 metres away called plaza mar 2.

This hotel was opened in 2002 and was certified as being of a High Quality Level by the Spanish Tourism Institute in 2004. This certificate was renewed in 2007 and the hotel facilities renovated, the finished hotel project is the Suites del Mar; which include 45 Junior Suites and 2 Presidential Suites in addition to 113 standard rooms and 19 Junior Suites. The hotel is composed of 2 different accommodation types sharing the following services: a cafeteria, panoramic terrace with spectacular views over the sea, free Internet access for all rooms, wifi in the hall. There is a cafeteria and terrace, a business centre, with free Internet access and Play Station area. Children can also enter the Ludic Park for free. Other facilities include a reception desk, foreign currency exchange facilities, free morning coffee, room service (local charge) and a laundry service (local charge). “ book an apartment if you can its daddy size! its 15 euro into alicante in joe baxi but i wasnt too bothered as it was 32 degrees sunny, the pool was nice and so was the bevvy.
