The complex opened in 2008 and has 30 apartments in total spread across 3 floors. The complex has a mainly international population. All properties are well orientated between the south and east, therefore offering guests the chance to enjoy many winter sunshine hours.

This is a superb new residential developement with apartments and villas, which makes a great holiday base for families. On site there are restaurants, shops, bars, a supermarket and communal pool (for both adults and children is a two minute walk away). A welcome pack is provided on arrival to get you started. Apartments are furnished to the highest standards and have washing machine (with iron and ironing board), TVs and DVDs as standard. Air conditioning is also available on request & subject to availability (local charge applies),The villas also benefit from power showers and their own sun terrace. A hire car is recommended to appreciate the area (beaches, water parks for the kids, golf courses, theme parks at Terramitica, local markets, go karts, and local culture at Elche and many other sites).
