The Cabogata Mar Garden Hotel (formerly Indalia Garden) opened in July 2006 and assures its guests a superb, relaxing holiday experience in supremely comfortable surroundings! Rooms are decorated to a high standard and all have a mini bar, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access, balcony or terrace and full bathrooms with hairdryers. Standard rooms are for 2 people and family rooms are for up to 3 adults and one child.

“ It's a nice hotel with the room with balcony and the view to the pool and the sea at a distance. The staff were nice but unfortunately only one of them spoke English. The food was great, but it less variety between days. The hotel seemed to cater more for locals/Spanish, German, and French.

“ Our stay at the Barcelo Cabo de Gata was absolutely perfect. This was by far the best hotel we have ever been in (and we've been in some very good ones). You quite simply couldn't fault it. The staff were so attentive and polite and helpful, nothing was too difficult.

The beach hotel was built in 2005 and comprises 77 suites and 72 double rooms, and has a terrace and garden. The air-conditioned hotel has a foyer with a 24-hour reception and lift access. In addition, guests can make use of room service, conference, meeting and function rooms, a car park, a cafeteria, a bar and a buffet room. For an additional fee, public Internet access, a laundry service, a garage and a children's playground are available.
“ It is interesting the hotel is the CABOGATA plaza suites hotel and can be distinguished on the skyline with a distinct RED structure on the top floor (the advertisments on the WEB picture it as Blue and the name advertised as Almeria Plaza suites hotel!), we spent some while driving around the large complex looking for the Almeria Plaza suites hotel which was unknown to locals by that name.

Located in the south east of Almeria, in the area of Retamar, next to the Cape of Gata Natural Park, 5 km away from the airport and 15 km from Almeria town, 200 meters from its beautiful beach and bordering on the Golf course El Toyo.
“ The hotel overall is very good although there was some room with minor damage, so we had to move rooms once. the 5 days were very good especially for small to out of the pool and neither do we. Food generally good.
