It was busy in the dining room (always the case with all inclusive) but we felt that staff were pressured and had little time to give any personal attention to guests.

“ The hotel is in need of a total update, very tired looking. Food was good for the 4 days of our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment was ok, some nights better than others. Must admit though, the more days into our holiday the more we liked the place.

The hotel was opened in 2006, offers 266 rooms spread over 5 floors, of which 215 are double rooms and 51 suites. It has 24 hour reception, currency exchange, hairdresser, 4 restaurants, 3 bars, a games room and supervised children's club. It also offers a parking lot.
“ i VISITED THIS HOTEL WITH MY PARENTS AND THE MANAGEMENT UPGRADED US TO BEAUTIFUL ROOMS WHICH WERE ADJOINING THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT ALL ROUND VERY EAGER TO PLEASE, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL WE ARE RETURNING IN mAY AND WE CANT WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE AGAIN FABULOUS HOTEL!!!!! kIND REGARDS RUTH BARTON.

“ My friend and I visited this hotel from 29th January to 5th February 2012. We were very happy with the standard of the room, it was very clean and we had a change of towels every day. The balcony faced the pool and caught the sun all afternoon, enabling us to sit out of the wind if it was a bit chilly round the pool.

“ Hotel was very good but amenities within hotel were poor.Being quiet time of year no access to pool bar and had to go to reception and ask for service which if dripping wet is not acceptable.Entertainment was non existent yet other hotels had some.This should hasve been pointed out on website
