Built in 2007, the hotel has been designed with the aim of offering its customers maximum exclusivity, well being, rest and comfort. The 157-room beach hotel is fully air-conditioned and provides a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. It also offers a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access, kiosk, shops, casino and games room. There are also 3 bars, a cafe and a restaurant on offer to hotel guests. Conference facilities are provided, and the hotel offers Internet access, room and laundry services, bicycle storage and a car park and garage for guests arriving by car.

The Hotel and Apartments El Puerto are superbly situated within the same building so close to the centre of sophisticated Ibiza Town. Quite literally within minutes are the historic sites of the old town, funky bars by the marina, more restaurants than you can shake a stick at, and the little water taxi to Talamanca beach. And let's not forget that Pacha and El Divino are only a stroll away. Don't worry about missing breakfast in one of El Puerto's 80 comfortable apartments. Sleeping up to 4 people in air conditioned splendour each has an American style kitchen – handy for rustling up a bagel. The El Puerto reception provides friendly service round the clock, the snack bar's open from 8 in the morning to midnight for anybody with the munchies and there's a buffet restaurant for main meals.

This fully air conditioned, hotel is spread over 6 floors and consists of 117 rooms, of which 112 are double rooms and 5 are suites. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk and safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. Furthermore, a cafe, a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air conditioned e la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants are also offered. There is a conference room and a public Internet terminal to be used within the hotel and those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park or garage facilities. Room and laundry services round off the facilities on offer.
