The apartment complex offers a 6-storey main building and a 2-storey annexe block with 545 apartments and studios. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a conference room with Internet access and bicycle hire. There is also a cosy cafe, a nightclub, a theatre room, a hairdresser's salon, a shop and five restaurants, including buffet, e la carte and grill or pizzeria. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call. Outside, the hotel owns a playground with a kids club as well as parking facilities.

Located in Manacor, Blau Punta Reina Resort is a beachfront all-inclusive condo by the sea. This condo offers both all-inclusive and room-only rates. Meals and beverages at onsite dining establishments are included in all-inclusive rates. Charges may be applied for dining at some restaurants, special dinners and dishes, some beverages, and other amenities. “ Great holiday, really nice hotel, all the staff were pleasant and could speak good English. The food was a very good quality all inclusive but we sometimes struggled with selections for our fussy 5yr old (there was however the choice of burger bar or pizza place if we were really stuck).
