The apartment Bon Estatge I is a bright and airy apartments situated in the paceful residantial area of Cala San Vicente just a short drive from both resorts Pollensa and Port Pollensa.

This beautiful, newly constructed villa is situated in the North of the island. It is set in the popular resort of Cala San Vicente, quietly located away from the crowds.This two storey modern house furnished to a high standard offers spacious and bright accommodation with modern comforts and fittings.The main entrance leads direct to the spacious lounge dining area with a well equipped open plan fitted kitchen. Botana Villas are 12 villas situated on a hillside 300m from the beach. There are two further beaches close by. Fabulous for a relaxed holiday for up to 6 people in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with satellite TV. There is a lovely shared pool with terrace and sunbeds. Pine clad hills and blue seas combined with a selection of small shops, bars and restaurants in the resort make this a perfect holiday location. However these villas are not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Car hire is recommended. Villas may be occupied from 16.00 on check in date and should be vacated at 10.00 on departure.
