“ Hotel was lovely and quiet, hardly any children which was just what we wanted. Rooms were modern large, we had a standard room on the ground floor with a spacious terrace. No tea and coffee on the room which we missed! Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold choices.

“ We were delighted with the hotel. The food at breakfast and evening meals was spot-on, We have stayed in 5 star hotels often and Palmira Beach was equal to a lot of them! We had no problem with it being full of German people, a few of them could speak English and they were friendly enough. Everything was very clean and tidy - could'nt fault it!

Fully renovated in the year 2000, this beach hotel consists of 162 rooms on 6 floors, of which 11 are single room and 151 are doubles. The hotel facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange service, safe, 3 lifts (2 in the main building and one in the Malaika building), TV room, a laundry and ironing room, meeting room for up to 20 persons and public Internet access. Dining options include a cafe, bar and air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant. Laundry service and medical assistance are available.
“ Although the resort and hotel are mainly German, i thought it was excellent. It was far the best holiday i've had in Europe. The hotel was clean, friendly and the food was excellent.

This attractive hotel is located in a side street in Paguera and lies just a few metres from the lively town centre where guests will discover a wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues. The boulevard and the beautiful sandy beach is about 100 m from the hotel and there is a bus stop to be found just 150 m away. The airport is some 32 km from the hotel. This hotel was completely renovated in the year 2000 and comprises 6 floors with a total of 77 accommodation units. Guests have access to a vast pool and garden complex, a reception desk, lifts, a lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. The tasteful apartments come with a bathroom, a combined living and bedroom, a separate bedroom, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar, a fan, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
“ Free upgrade to larger appartment. Really helpful and pleasant staff-especially at reception. Food was fantastic. Pool area lovely-and surprisingly quiet. Only complaints were beds a bit hard for us and air con not powerful enough(but hotel did then give us a huge fan to help)

Renovated in 2000, the 4-storey hotel has a total of 66 rooms, of which 63 are doubles and 3 are singles. There is a pleasant lobby awaiting guests with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a hotel safe and a currency exchange desk. Further facilities include a cafe, a bar with a terrace, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant (with a non-smoking area and highchairs available for children) as well as a public Internet terminal. In addition, there is a laundry service as well as a kids club for younger guests.

“ We saw from other reviews that the hotel is popular with Germans. That was certainly true, and Peguera is very much geared to a German clientele. But most people were our age (young retired) and, frankly, age unites much more than nationality divides.

The hotel was fully refurbished in 1998 and comprises 221 rooms spread over two buildings, and an outdoor complex. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception where valuables can be kept, a cloakroom, lifts and a currency exchange. Further facilities on offer at the hotel include a cafe, a bar and a restaurant, as well as conference facilities and Internet access (each for an additional fee). Room service, bicycle hire, parking and a children's club complete the range of services offered.
“ We have stayed before, however a new rule means that any room above the sixth floor gets charged extra for sea view, so we ended up paying another hundred euros. Plus you pay for the empty fridge. The safe. There were no tea and coffee facilities this time, however when we asked at reception a kettle and two cups and saucers were provided for three euros. The maid however did NOT wash the cups.
