I found the hotel a bit disappointing.
The food was okay but a bit repetative. We were half board and I was a bit annoyed to be charged for 2 small plastic cups of water in the dining room and when we bought drinks the waiter served wine and soft drinks from the free inclusive range instead of from the bar and tried to charge you the same price for these cheaper brands.
Was impossible to get a sunlounger the whole week we were there, I know this is a common problem and I think hotel management should put a stop to people reserving sunloungers.
I found the thomsons reps rather aloof and not very friendly.
The hotel and the bedrooms was very clean to a good standard.
The beach was beautiful as was the whole resort. Santo Tomas is a very nice place to spend a holiday and the bus service was very reliable and cheap.

Sol Menorca is a well maintained hotel. It is in the centre of Santo Thomas which is a small, quiet resort. The food was varied and of a high standard.We would definitely return to this hotel. It could be too quite for those looking for a lively holiday.
Good service and selection of food in El Pins restaurant.

good location, nice pool, apartments nice and spacious but in need of a bit of a revamp in kitchen and bathroom. the view took your mind of that though.
sol hotel great for buffet dinner. great coffee and ice creams at cafe helados which you pass on your way to the sol.
