Opened in 2005, the apartment hotel comprises a total of 15 apartments spread over 2 floors. An inviting lobby awaits guests, and a safe as well as a currency exchange facility are also at guests' disposal. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. “ superb apartments for a quiet relaxing holiday fab pool had it to ourselves most of the time short walk downhill to small village with four small supermarkets and a fantastic butchers shop owned by a french couple everything you could want and more the apartment was very clean and well kept.

The Tropical Park resort is situated on the Southwest coast of the island of Tenerife, known as Callao Salvaje, Costa Adeje, approximately 25kms from the Reina Sofia Airport (south airport). From the resort there is a splendid view of the island of La Gomera and the silhouettes of the islands of La Palma and El Hierro. The distance of the apartments to the seafront is 150 metres. The resort consists of 164 apartments of one two or three bedrooms; restaurant, disco, supermarket, 24 hour reception, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, 2 squash courts, 2 saunas, jacuzzi, gym, physiotherapy service, and an entertainment service for adults and children. All the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge with sofa bed, satellite TV and piped radio, ventilator, and an vast array of other comforts.
“ The flat was lovely. There were only two of us staying., but there was room for more with a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was cleaned nearly every day and fresh bedlinen and towels every couple of days.

This complex comprises 219 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, a currency exchange in addition to a cafe, a small supermarket and a bar. Further facilities include a restaurant and Internet access (fees apply). Fees also apply for use of the laundry service and medical assistance. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground.
“ Great atmosphere created by staff, hotel is about 28Euro away by taxi from las Americas where the night life is, but if you looking for holiday in good friendly atmosphere that's the one for you. Only one but is lack of entertainment like karaoke or disco in the evening

This aparthotel of 5 floors and 70 apartments, perfect for a relaxing holiday, comprise tropicals gardens, a conference room, a reception open 24hs, a Wi-Fi access and a parking.

New apartments in Callao Salvaje (1,5 km from Playa Paraiso). Callaomar is a new (2005) apartment complex located in the quiet area of Callao Salvaje. In the hotel surroundings there are a few bars, restaurants and mini markets. The nearest beach is about 1,5 km away and to the Playa Paraiso area the distance also is 1,5 km. Within the hotel complex there is a reception with limited opening hours and a swimming pool. The apartments are equipped with bathroom/shower, bedroom, kitchenette, living room with sofa, TV and a balcony with views over the swimming pool. Please confirm your arrival time and flight number while making the booking.
“ Very quiet, situated in a residential area, only 15 apartments. 10 minute walk to the village of Callao Salvaje where all the bars, shops, buses, taxis and restaurants are. The beach is being redeveloped, scheduled to be finished sometime this year but this is the Canaries where nothing is rushed, so don' take my word for it.
