This air-conditioned complex's 120 luxury villas are surrounded by volcanic landscapes, banana plantations and exuberant vegetation with over 300 varieties of plants, trees and palms. Guests can enjoy panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. There are 10 restaurants offering exquisite gourmet cuisine and 5 themed bars, including a sports bar and a reading room. Other services include free parking and a lobby area with currency exchange facilities. 24-hour room and laundry services and WLAN Internet access are also provided (fees apply to these services). The business centre offers all the facilities necessary for meetings and conferences. Further features include a games room and a newspaper stand, as well as a cafe, pub and an on-site disco. Younger guests can let off steam at the children's playground or be entertained at the kid's club. Guests arriving by car can make use of the hotel's parking facilities.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were fabulous and spacious. The buffet restaurant offered a wide choice of delicious food day in and day out! My wife and I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will certainly be booking again to go back.

On the down side we arranged shuttle transfers and these were a complete waste of money for us as we were left hanging around at the airport waiting for other flights to come. So ended up taking a taxi and paying again. On our return journey they wanted to collect us from the hotel at 7.30 for a 11.40hrs flight this was just not acceptable so again we ended up paying another 50 euros to get to the airport.
I would like a response to the transfer issue as this was the only downside to our holiday and booking through yourselves, otherwise no complaints with your company at all.
