The hotel is in an old house dating from the eighteenth century, featuring restored hardwoods and traditional Canarian architecture. It was renovated in 2009 and offers 19 rooms in total. The hotel has a lobby with a reception, wireless Internet access, a cafe, cosy tavern and an exquisite restaurant.

Comprising 17 storeys with a total of 292 rooms, this hotel features a wide range of facilities including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and 4 lifts. In addition, there are shops, cosy lounges, a hairdresseres salon, a bar, a nightclub with live music, 3 air-conditioned restaurants (main restaurant with views out over the sea, e la carte restaurant with a beautiful terrace and a restaurant offering Canary Island and international cuisine) available to guests.
