“ Our second visit. Great value. Room clean and spacious, food always good choice at all mealtimes and hot. All inc option good choice. May not suit all as lots of elderly Spanish ie no lager louts! Staff friendly Happy to return again.

“ We have stayed in a number of hotels in Puerto de la Cruz and this hotel was the best by far. The only drawback is that there is not parking available, however we would still book to stay in the future.

“ The rooms were nice and clean and we had a fantastic view of Mount Tiende and down to the sea which was worth a little extra. The employees of the hotel including the cleaners were very helpful and friendly which does make a huge difference especially when you are on a short 4 day break - they made us feel so welcome.

“ Very clean and by the book hotel (in a positive way). Got everything I booked for. Hotel clientelle was mostly 60+. Hotel is on top of a hill and and about 15-20 minutes walk from the closest restaraunts and about 30 minutes walk from town centre, so walking back up the hill may be a struggle. Overall very relaxing enviroment.

“ Happy with the hotel with AI. We enjoyed our 5 days there. If you like swimming in the sea, it is a bit further from the beach and the pool could be heated, but luckily there was a little indoor pool and jacuzzi, so overall good.

This resort comprises 3 hotels (Bonanza Palace, Canarife Palace and Interpalace), now integrated into the Hotasa Puerto Resort. The complex was renovated during 2006 and has marvellous views over the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. There are a total of 610 rooms spread over a maximum of 9 floors. Additionally the hotel offers extensive tropical gardens, entrance halls with 24hr reception and lifts in each hotel. Clients can enjoy the 3 restaurants, 7 bars, snack bar, BBQ (required advance booking), conference room, internet access (additional charge) and laundry service (extra charge).||
