“ Great, modern and very clean hotel right on the beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to answer/arrange things for their guests. The only downside is that it's pretty far from everything else, but if you're looking for some piece and quiet don't think twice - it's a great choice.

“ Excellent hotel, room very clean and included free safe & tea & coffee. Grounds are beautiful and well kept with 3 swimming pools 2 with swim up bars. Breakfast good apart from stone cold fried eggs!! Having said that you could have an omelette cooked to order. All in all an excellent hotel which is good value for money.

“ This is the third time we have stayed here. It is very clean hotel with friendly staff with a great location, minutes from the beach and from the nightlife of Patong but tucked away so the noise of the resort doesnt bother you in the hotel.

“ This was the third time we have stayed at The Arcadia.We love it!The service is great and the facilities well run.The only problem was with other guests reserving sun loungers by placing towels on them.Not something you would expect in this class of hotel.
