Alara Kum Hotel is situated at Incekum Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the world. The hotel will appeal to families due to it's large rooms. The Alara has 197 rooms which are situated in 2 blocks, surrounded by woodland. Each room has either double or twin beds and a sofa bed and come equipped with; balcony, hairdryer, WC, telephone, TV, minibar, safe (local charge) and split air-conditioning.

Completed in 2011, this brand new beach hotel has an eye-catching design. Shaped in an oval sphere with a flat roof, the hotel is furnished in a contemporary style. The air-conditioned establishment offers 159 rooms in total and welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, TV lounge, kids' club, bar, a main and e la carte restaurant, meeting and function rooms, and a shopping arcade. Room and laundry services are available (a local charge applies) and a baby-sitting service is also provided (a fee is payable). Internet access is also offered for a fee and guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the on-site car park.
