“ We were offered an upgrade room at The Delphin Palace due to the building works for the new hotel being built next door. We still retained full use of the Diva and went for drinks and a meal at the Turkish a la carte, so we were able to compare both the Diva and Palace.

A modern, large and spacious hotel built as the name suggests with a nautical theme and cruise concept on 9 levels and totalling 586 rooms. The large, marble floored lobby with glass-sided lifts and potted palms offers an impressive welcome. There are four pools, a spa and fitness centre, lots of sports on offer, a kids club and a water park with slides and a playground with a fun galleon to play in.
“ the hotel was great but the walls were very thin and you could hear every noise from next door and we were unlucky in that the last few days there were two dutch studants who held a party or two keeping us awake till the early hours, one time till 3am.

There are a total of 400 guestrooms, of which 28 are suites and 4 are wheelchair-accessible. The Club Resort welcomes guests in an elegant lobby with a 24-hour reception, safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, and lifts. Dining options include a bar, and a restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Business guests may make use of the well-equipped conference rooms. The hotel also offers a newspaper stand, a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a dining room, and public Internet access with WLAN. There is also an inviting garden and a cafe for guests. Younger guests can let off steam in the playground or take part in the kids' club activities (provided summer only). Room service, a laundry service, laundry facilities (charges apply), and medical assistance round up the offerings. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park.
“ Great rooms, excellent breakfast (except the coffee, which is dreadful!), with loads of choice of hot and cold dishes. Lovely staff in the restaurant. Nice, but absolutely inept, staff in reception - expect a long wait at check-in.

“ Very disappointed with this hotel. Nearly new very nice building. However the first room was over heated & there was no air conditioning. Aparently they do not run the air con. in the winter months.

“ Have stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased. This time, on the first day of a two day all inclusive stay my wife was admitted to hospital. In the evening I returned to the hotel for dinner and asked an evening manager? if I could make up a salad to take to my wife.
