Hard to fault, apart from the steps (which, to be fair, they do tell you about in the blurb). There are lots of them (110 between my room and the pool/bar).

The location is great if all you want is a relaxing time - across a quiet road to the beach, pine forests. However, there is nothing else within walking distance - you'll need to go to Marmaris for any alternative restaurants or nightlife, but the local bus service runs as regular as clockwork at ten past and twenty to the hour and stops outside the hotel entrance. It takes about ten minutes and costs 2.50 lira (just over a pound) each way.
