Opened in 2005, this hotel affords a total of 400 lodgings, of which 286 are in the main building spread over 6 floors and 114 are club rooms in 17, 2-storey villas in the grounds. This beach hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a terrace, a spacious lobby with lifts, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a 24-hour reception desk. Further facilities include a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, a bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant serving Turkish specialities. Conference rooms are on offer for business guests, as well as Internet access (for an added fee). Guests may make use (for an additional fee) of the laundry service, room service and there is a doctor on call. Younger guests can let off steam in the kids' club or the playground. Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park. Some advertised facilties may not be available due to weather conditions.

There are a range of facilities available, including a mini club, an open-air disco, a shopping arcade and e la carte restaurants to mention just a few. Some of these are located in the neighbouring sister hotel and maybe at an extra charge. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access and a newspaper stand. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, games room, children's playground and aquapark. This impressive modern facility consists of a main 5-storey building with 543 guest rooms. The spacious lobby area offers 24-hour reception and check-out services, and lift access to the upper floors. The family-friendly beach hotel offers a main restaurant and 3 e la carte restaurants as well as a choice of bars, and a disco. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, games room, children's playground, kids' club, conference facilities, a car park, bicycle hire service and a small shopping centre. Wireless Internet access and room and laundry services are also offered for additional fees.

The Luxury complex of the Serra Palace is set right on the beach, in the midst of a wonderful palm garden. The unique location gives this hotel its special charm, whilst the facilities and furnishings in and around the hotel go even further to make your stay an unforgettable experience. There is a fantastic pool scene here with 3 large outdoor pools and one with slides, an indoor pool can be found in the Spa, where guests can also indulge in all manner of treatments. The main restaurant serves up a great choice of delicious cuisine served buffet style and guests may also reserve a table in the A'la Carte restaurant. There is so much happening at this hotel, with entertainment and organised activities galore, there really is something for everyone and children will be kept busy from morning til night.
