The resort is made up of a private community of recently built and very spacious 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses, each with two bathrooms and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining area and living room equipped with 50” LCD television, home cinema, DVD and CD player. The private terrace, fitted with mosquito nets, is furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs and a Jacuzzi. The bedrooms are situated on the second floor with the master bedroom featuring a 30” LCD television and en-suite bathroom. Resort facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, one with Jacuzzi, a children’s play area and a private lake surrounded by a walking/jogging trail. Within the resort Clubhouse is a reception, a bar with a pool table, a cyber café, games arcade and a gym. Free guest services include car parking, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse and the “Team Marina” kid’s club, which will keep children from four years old happily entertained while adults enjoy their leisure time. A hire car is recommended...
“ stayed in a two bed townhouse it was clean modern and with everything you needed for a great holiday.the hot tub was great and could be used at any time because the heat control was easy to use and the tub nice and warm all the time.the staff were great and we will definately be back

This gated community in Kissimmee has 3 and 4 bedroom Townhomes all equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay close to the theme parks of Orlando. Each home features FREE WIFI, full kitchen with washer/dryer, Iron and Ironing board, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge. The resort features 3 bedroom/2 bathroom homes and also the larger 4 bedroom/3 bathroom homes. Both feature a Flat Screen T.V. in the lounge and each bedroom also features a T.V. The Facilities of the resort include - Heated Swimming pool, Spa, Poolside Bar with live sports (including EPL Soccer) Kids Playground, Gym, library. The resort is ideally situated just off Highway 192 and is a pleasant walk to restaurants and bars in the area.
“ Very pleased with our 2 week stay. Location is excellent, a 3 min walk to the 192, and half a dozen decent restaurants (Ruby Tuesdays, Macaroni Grill, Chillis etc) which makes a difference, not having to drive everywhere for dinner, and able to have a couple of beers with dinner.

“ We had a two bedroom suite, which was excellent, very comfortable, with all the usual kitchen equipment, although I doubt anyone cooks. A good complimentary snack breakfast. Free buses to the theme parks which worked very well.

All suite hotel, fully renovated in 2009.Ideal for short term or an extended stay. One or two bedroom suites each with fully equipped kitchenette. Complimenatry hot breakfast buffet for all our guests to enjoy. Close to all the theme parks, restaurants ,shopping and entertainment. Minutes from International Dr Interior corridors.

“ Excellent room and service. The complimentary buffet breakfast was very good and regularly replenished. The hotel is about 5 miles north of the centre of Naples but very convenient for the I41. There is a small shopping mall within easy walking distance to the hotel and a couple of restaurants. The Italian has a good local reputation. Would certainly stay there again if we were in the area.
