overall disappointed with the hotel room was fine, no problems, clean etc front desk was poor, had to wait an hour to check in! They forgot about me, then showed little interest in arranging transportation for the next day which was the only thing i asked them to do. lacked confidence and training

This hotel has helpful staff, plenty of restaurants and a large pool and is also right on an excellent beach.
