Although the room was basic,it was clean comfortable and roomy. The staff were helpful, pleasant and polite. We stayed half board and all food was excellent with a very good variety. The general layout of the hotel and pool area was excellent and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not a UK standard 4*, maybe a 3*. We had a suite which consisted of two bedrooms each with twin beds plus a very small bathroom. Both rooms had a balcony. The only thing I didn't like in the room was the decor, very dark and dated, plus the small bathroom. However, apart from that little gripe everything else was great. The maid service was good and the hotel reception area was lovely. The dining rooms were very clean and the choice of meals great. You did have to wait quite awhile for the snack meals though and sometimes they were not brought to your table but left by the bar, so you had to go looking for it. The pool was lovely eventhough you had to get up early to claim a bed !!! Beach was across the road, small but clean. The Thomas Cook entertainment staff were very hard working thoughout the day and night and put 100% into everything. We would definately return to the hotel.

Hotel very clean - staff very friendly - service good - we stayed bed and breakfast only - breakfasts excellent good choice of food.

We have stayed at the Apartments previously and although the apartments are very basic they are clean and comfortable for our needs. The location is ideal and there is a pool bar which is open until the small hours if required. The staff are all very helpful. This year we noticed the pool area was not as clean as perhaps it should be however this is a very minor point and in view of the surrounding building works perhaps it was OK. We were checked in very quickly and we had no problems at our apartments.

Unfortunately the bathroom did not close. To boil the kettle you had to put it on the floor to access a plug point. As this was not a holiday for us it was to visit a sick relative it suited our purposes.

Hotel very clean. Swimming pools inside and outside lovely. 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 5. Buffet was varied and at least one choice for everyone. Was a bit further out from Protaras than expected. During day about 10 min walk but would not walk that way in evening as along beach front/ dirt track and no lights. Unfortunately eldest child was unwell so did not get out from the hotel in evening (entertainment was put on) but could not fault doctor and pharmacy in Protaras. Would stay in Protaras next time. On the whole we had a lovely holiday. There are a few bars and restaurants within a couple of mintues walk from hotel but if you are up for the livlier nightlife it would be easy to get a cab into Protaras where there is more of a choice.
