The recently refurbished Deans Place is only a 25 minute drive from Brighton, yet set amid five acres of landscaped gardens in the rolling Sussex countryside. “ Clean and comfortable room. Some problem with plumbing which I reported. Reception and staff polite .As the hour had changed i think everyone came for breakfast at once - waited 20 mins for toast. Had to ask for fried eggs scrambled only on buffet.

“ Hotel was just 2 mints walk from beach and located in a small and beautiful town from where you can easily go to seven sisters Brighton and surrounding area with bus. Awesome place. Hotel room was very spacious and very very neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast.
